For domestic orders, we offer complimentary ground shipping for orders over $75. If you need your order to arrive more quickly, you can choose Fedex during checkout. 

Return Policy

We want you to love the pieces you ordered, so if something isn’t right, let us know. We provide our customers full refunds on unworn products returned within 15 days of delivery. Unworn products returned within 30 days of delivery may be exchanged for a product of equal or greater value. In all cases, products must be returned in the original packaging. 

SALES ITEMS and ITEMS purchased with a THIRD-PARTY issued coupon, such as Earndit and Calorie Counter, are only available for exchange or a store credit.

Due to the intimate & delicate nature of our products, we unfortunately cannot accept worn products.

In order to make a return, all tags must be attached and there can be NO signs of use. Please include all original packaging.

Once we receive your return or exchange, we will notify you via email or via phone. Upon receipt of approved merchandise, we will process the exchange or issue credit to your account for the purchase price of the product within 10 days.  Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be subtracted from the refund amount.
